Is Big Time Rush Reuniting?

Big Time Rush, the heart-throb boy band that blew up in 2009, maybe getting back together. Let's just say that I am EXCITED if this is true because middle school Kate LOVED BTR.

Recently, the four members of Big Time Rush - Carlos, Logan, James, and Kendall posted a zoom call that blew up the internet teasing what could be a post quarantine reunion from the band.

Back in the day, I actually saw Big Time Rush in concert at Darien Lake and was able to shake the hands of 3 out of 4 members. Logan Henderson is the one I missed which was sad but I was able to see him solo at Kiss the Summer Hello at canalside which made up for it.

It would be interesting to see how they decide to reunite. Their old sound was poppy, their choreography in sync, total typical boyband. For the early 2000s this was a sound that worked but now that they are older, as are the fans that grew up listening to them, how would they make their sound older and able to sell for their long term fans and newer fans?

Or is what they are teasing a one-time reunion tour of older music just to reminisce?

Their zoom has definitely left the internet asking questions and utterly excited, and quarantine cannot be over fast enough to know the answers.
